Watershed Wood-Fired Kitchen is an intimate restaurant nestled in the heart of Bethel, Maine. Housed in the historic town's water district building, the restaurant offers a unique dining experience where tradition meets innovation. Our mission is to offer healthy Italian cuisine and wood-fired pizza which use ingredients that captures the essence of this special place. At Watershed Wood-Fired Kitchen, we are passionate about food and committed to using the freshest, locally sourced ingredients in our dishes. Our approach to cooking is simple - we use a wood-fired oven to bring out the natural flavors of our ingredients and create unique and delicious dishes. We capture the terroir of the mountains and valleys of Western Maine by using wild-sourced ingredients in our ravioli & by making our own sourdough pizza dough and breads which are risen by our own starter.
