We are selling tickets for our prix fixe New Year's Eve, two seatings, one at 5:00 and one at 7:15, and will have extended holiday  days and hours. See flyer for details and to buy NYE tickets via QR code or button with seating time. Please email watershedwfk@gmail.com with any dietary needs. Also, seating is mostly 2 tops, a bar 2 top, a bar 4 top, deck seating is a 4 top, a 6 top, and a 10 top. The 10 top will be treated as a communal table if there is not a large party, so you may find yourself making new friends!!

We are open  Thursdays, Fridays, and  Saturdays,  4:30-8:30. LAST seating is 8:00 and the kitchen closes at 8:30. Looking forward to seeing you!

 

​​We are unable to answer the phone because we are actively preparing and cooking and do not have an extra person to answer phone calls.

​We are taking reservations for parties of 8-10 ONLY.  We can only seat these large parties on the  heated covered deck.  20% gratuity automatically added for parties of 8 or more.

 

 We do not have the kitchen space or extra crew necessary to do takeout.  Again, thank you for understanding.

 

​​We are NOT fine dining. Providing a quality  casual dining experience is most important to us. We are a scratch kitchen and use quality ingredients with a seasonally changing menu. We do our very best and that's all we can do. We don't have ketchup or ranch and never will. ( in reference to a customer who  was angry we didn't have ketchup for his pizza)

 

We cannot allow guests to wait in the entry due to fire and safety concerns.  Our  covered heated deck is open! Maine can be chilly, dress warmly. COME EARLY, especially for parties greater than 4 for best chance not having to wait for a table.
